Her face glows the rising starburst

In the melody of morning birds,

She awakens the canyon in echoes

Floating face-up, laughing in black waters.

Light interleaves with sound

Reverberating, into corners within — soothing.

I ponder tesserae of our mosaics

Fragments where out-of-phase journeys

Begin to unravel soul rhythm.

Moments,

Of cafune’ melting longing

Of a tight tug

Dissolving my face into her belly,

Emerging in harmonics

Pulsating our destiny

To bloom, forming new memories

As flowers of Maracuja’.

These flowers whisper connections

Within the cycles

Of shared joy, sorrow and solace

And journeys in the quest for essence.

Creating and fusing

Complementing heartfelt vibrations

Of newly formed harmonics

Propagating time

Revealing a symphony in fractals —

Of meadows of purple wild flowers

On the hill, with the chirping birds

To celebrate today’s starburst

And echo our soul’s resonance.

Sometimes,

I reach out to touch this meadow —

And it’s gone.
